Bazaro

Bazaro is a block theme for local marketplaces: community classifieds, swap shops, flea markets and second-hand boards for furniture, bikes, vinyl and baby things. It looks like a tidy, cheerful noticeboard: chunky rounded cards, colour-blocked category tiles, price tags cut like real swing tags (with the hole), sticker-style condition badges, and a "Night market" dark mode.

A classifieds board, built in

• Ads (an "Ads" menu in the dashboard) with a price (0 shows "Free"), condition (new, like new, good, fair, for parts), an "Open to offers" flag, a pick-up area and map, photos, details such as "Delivery possible" or "Smoke-free home", and featured and verified flags.
• Ad pages: a photo mosaic that opens in a lightbox, a sticky card with the swinging price tag, condition sticker and contact buttons, a safety note, a map of the pick-up area that loads only when the visitor asks for it, "More like this", and the offer form styled as a chat with the seller. Offers arrive under Messages in the dashboard.
• Search and filters: keywords, category, neighbourhood, budget and sorting (newest first by default). Filtered lists keep their address, so they can be shared.
• Category and neighbourhood pages with their own icon or photo and the same filters, plus an "Ad board" page template with the filters and results on one page.
• Structured data (schema.org Product and Offer) on ad pages.

The ad details are edited with the free Secure Custom Fields plugin; the theme offers to install it with one click. Pages render without it.

• Demo content: Appearance → Import demo creates a sample neighbourhood board (12 ads, categories, neighbourhoods, pages and a menu) and removes it again with one click.
• Forms: "Post an ad" (category, price, condition, open to offers, photo link), contact, and the "Friday finds" newsletter, with spam protection; messages are saved in the dashboard and emailed to you.
• Galleries with Masonry and Carousel styles and a lightbox slideshow; a background-video hero with a pause button.
• Motion: category tiles that tilt under the pointer, price tags that swing on hover, a ticker of fresh ads, count-ups and gentle entrance animations, all calmed down for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
• Light and dark: follows the visitor's system and has a switch in the header.
• Style variations: Bazaro (default), Night market (dark), Kraft (brown paper and black), Pop (bright primaries) and Mono (black and white with one accent).
• Patterns: 6 heroes (sell it, swap it, find it with the category bento; fresh-ads ticker; near you with a sticker collage; clear-out weekend video; deal of the day; sell in two minutes), category bento, fresh ads, hand-picked finds, just posted, how it works, safety tips and red flags, stats, testimonials as chat bubbles, FAQ, galleries, video, forms, calls to action, footers and full pages (Home, About, Contact, Post an ad, Safety tips).
