It looks like a tidy, cheerful noticeboard: chunky rounded cards, colour-blocked category tiles, price tags cut like real swing tags (with the hole), sticker-style condition badges, and a "Night market" dark mode. #### A classifieds board, built in * **Ads** (an "Ads" menu in the dashboard) with a price (0 shows "Free"), condition (new, like new, good, fair, for parts), an "Open to offers" flag, a pick-up area and map, photos, details such as "Delivery possible" or "Smoke-free home", and featured and verified flags. * **Ad pages**: a photo mosaic that opens in a lightbox, a sticky card with the swinging price tag, condition sticker and contact buttons, a safety note, a map of the pick-up area that loads only when the visitor asks for it, "More like this", and the offer form styled as a chat with the seller. Offers arrive under Messages in the dashboard. * **Search and filters**: keywords, category, neighbourhood, budget and sorting (newest first by default). Filtered lists keep their address, so they can be shared. * **Category and neighbourhood pages** with their own icon or photo and the same filters, plus an "Ad board" page template with the filters and results on one page. * **Structured data** (schema.org Product and Offer) on ad pages. The ad details are edited with the free Secure Custom Fields plugin; the theme offers to install it with one click. Pages render without it. #### Also built in * **Demo content**: Appearance → Import demo creates a sample neighbourhood board (12 ads, categories, neighbourhoods, pages and a menu) and removes it again with one click. * **Forms**: "Post an ad" (category, price, condition, open to offers, photo link), contact, and the "Friday finds" newsletter, with spam protection; messages are saved in the dashboard and emailed to you. * **Galleries** with Masonry and Carousel styles and a lightbox slideshow; a background-video hero with a pause button. * **Motion**: category tiles that tilt under the pointer, price tags that swing on hover, a ticker of fresh ads, count-ups and gentle entrance animations, all calmed down for visitors who prefer reduced motion. * **Light and dark**: follows the visitor's system and has a switch in the header. * **Style variations**: Bazaro (default), Night market (dark), Kraft (brown paper and black), Pop (bright primaries) and Mono (black and white with one accent). * **Patterns**: 6 heroes (sell it, swap it, find it with the category bento; fresh-ads ticker; near you with a sticker collage; clear-out weekend video; deal of the day; sell in two minutes), category bento, fresh ads, hand-picked finds, just posted, how it works, safety tips and red flags, stats, testimonials as chat bubbles, FAQ, galleries, video, forms, calls to action, footers and full pages (Home, About, Contact, Post an ad, Safety tips). * **Templates**: ad, ads archive, category, neighbourhood and detail pages, blog home, single post, page, archive, search, 404, and the custom templates Landing page (no title), Wide page and Ad board (search with results). ## Frequently Asked Questions #### How do I add an ad? Ads → Add Ad. Write the description in the editor, set a cover photo, pick a category, a neighbourhood and details in the sidebar, and fill in Listing details below the editor: price, condition, "Open to offers", the pick-up address and coordinates, and more photos. #### Where do offers and "Post an ad" requests go? Every message is saved under Messages in the dashboard and emailed to the site's recipients (Messages → Settings, where you can change the address). To also send an ad's offers to its seller, fill in "Also email inquiries to" under Listing details → Contact. A "Post an ad" request is not published automatically: you create the ad from it, after checking it. #### How do I change the currency? Ads → Settings: currency symbol and its position. #### The links to ads show "Page not found" Visit Settings → Permalinks once and save; the theme also refreshes them when it is activated. #### How do I add a video to an ad? Open the ad in the editor and use the Featured video panel in the sidebar. It shows under the description. #### Can I turn off the animations? Visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a calm site automatically. To remove an animation from a block, open its Motion panel in the editor. #### How does dark mode work? The site follows the visitor's system setting, and the sun/moon switch in the header lets them choose. With the Night market style variation the site starts dark and the switch offers the light palette. ## Downloads - [Bazaro 1.0.0](https://symelo.com/wordpress-themes/bazaro/1.0.0/bazaro-1.0.0.zip) (2026-10-22, 2.6 MB, SHA-256 5b6e359c937d3de7ef60c06f887ee5ab400cdb129c1f823a8b45c0f7be191d6b) ## Screenshots - https://symelo.com/wordpress-themes/bazaro/shots/home-7913e45566.webp - https://symelo.com/wordpress-themes/bazaro/shots/ads-b4ece14d37.webp - https://symelo.com/wordpress-themes/bazaro/shots/ads-linen-three-seater-sofa-754a4a57ea.webp - https://symelo.com/wordpress-themes/bazaro/shots/board-54ba40eb8f.webp - https://symelo.com/wordpress-themes/bazaro/shots/safety-7ac1cf1025.webp - https://symelo.com/wordpress-themes/bazaro/shots/admin-fields-fd1ff921d6.webp - [All WordPress themes](https://symelo.com/tools/wordpress-themes) ## Related pages - [All tools](https://symelo.com/tools) - [Agent documentation](https://symelo.com/llms.txt)
