## Description

Dormly is a block theme for student accommodation: private halls, shared houses and studio blocks near campuses. It is bright, friendly and easy to read, with Lexend headings, Atkinson Hyperlegible text, rounded bento tiles, chunky pills and round perk stickers.

* A bento hero with a room search by campus, room type and price per week.
* A scrolling perk strip in the header and a perks marquee ("Bills included", "Fast Wi-Fi", "Gym").
* Room types (Studio, En-suite, Shared flat, Twin), a perks grid with line icons and a Ken Burns room film.
* A parents section ("Safe, simple, all-inclusive"), a FAQ for students and parents, and testimonials.
* A booking request form with campus, room type, move-in date and tenancy length.
* Style variations: Night owl (dark), Mint and High contrast, plus a light/dark switch.
