Sectors are property types. The demo creates "Commercial" with the children Office, Retail, Industrial and Land; any type with one of those slugs (or below one of them) gets its colour on cards, particulars, tiles and links. The Sectors pattern shows the types under "Commercial". #### How do I show rents per year in square feet? On a property set the price period to "Year" and the area unit to "sq ft" (or choose sq ft as the default unit under Properties → Settings). The cards and particulars show the rent as "/year". #### Where do the forms send messages? Every form (contact, viewing request, instruction, requirement, bulletin) is stored under Messages in the dashboard and emailed. Viewing requests on a listing go to its agent; the others go to the address under Messages → Settings, or the site's admin email. A form block's "Email to" setting overrides it. #### How do I add the brochure button? Upload a PDF in the property's Brochure field. The key-terms panel then shows "Download brochure" as its main button. #### How do I use the featured video? In a post's or property's settings, open the Featured video panel and paste a YouTube or Vimeo link or choose a video file. Without one the featured image is shown. #### Can I turn off the animations? Visitors who ask their system for reduced motion see no animations and the hero video's poster instead of the film. To remove an animation, select the block and clear its Motion setting. #### How does dark mode work? The toggle in the header switches between the light and dark schemes and remembers the choice; without a choice the visitor's system setting decides.
