## Description

Loggia is named after the arched, open gallery of Italian architecture, and it looks the part: limestone and sand, ink and terracotta, Roman-inscription headings, photos framed in arches, thin "mortar" rules and calm motion. It is made for agencies that sell and let homes, from city apartments to holiday cabins.

Everything an agency site needs is built in:

* **Properties and agents** with prices (sale, rent per month, week or night, price on request, reduced prices), bedrooms, bathrooms, areas, energy rating, galleries, floor plans, video, 3D tours, maps, brochures and the listing agent.
* **Property search** with status tabs, locations, types, price range, bedrooms and sorting, on the archive and its location, type, status and feature pages, with active filter chips and a "no results" page that helps.
* **Designed templates** for a property (gallery mosaic, key facts, description, features, plans, tour, map, energy, mortgage calculator, a sticky panel with the agent and a viewing or booking request, similar homes), the property archive and its taxonomies, an agent's page, the team, the journal, search and 404.
* **Forms without plugins**: viewing and booking requests that reach the listing agent, contact, valuation and newsletter forms, stored under Messages with spam protection.
* **45+ patterns**: six heroes (arched photo with glass search, background video, spotlight listing, carousel of featured homes, three arches, a type-only hero with a marquee of places), listing grids, areas, property types, agents, the agency's story, numbers that count up, reviews, how you sell a home, valuation and mortgage sections, newsletter, FAQ, contact and map, galleries with a lightbox, video, and complete About, Contact, Sell your home, Landing and Property search pages.
* **Light and dark**: a hand-tuned dark scheme with a switch in the header, and four style variations (Notte, Cypress, Marble, Sienna), each with its own dark palette.
* **Demo site**: Appearance → Import demo adds ten homes around Lisbon, three agents, the menu and a designed home page in one click.

Loggia uses the free Secure Custom Fields plugin for the property and agent fields (the theme offers to install it). Pages still render without it.

## Frequently Asked Questions

#### Where do property enquiries go?

Viewing and booking requests are emailed to the listing agent (the Email field of the agent), or to Properties → Settings → Inquiry email for listings without an agent. Every message is also kept under Messages in the dashboard. Other forms (contact, valuation, newsletter) go to the addresses under Messages → Settings, or to the site's admin email.

#### How do I change the agency phone, email and address in the header and footer?

Under Properties → Settings. The header, footer and contact sections read them from there; a detail you leave empty is simply not shown.

#### How do I show my own menu?

Edit the Navigation block in the header (Appearance → Editor → Patterns → Header). Without a menu the theme shows the demo menu after an import, or your pages.

#### Can visitors switch to the dark scheme?

Yes, with the sun and moon button in the header; the site follows the visitor's system setting until they choose. The Notte style variation is dark for everyone.

#### Does the theme load anything from other sites?

No. Fonts, images and the hero video are bundled. Maps load from OpenStreetMap and 3D tours from their provider only after a visitor clicks to open them.

#### Animations?

Sections fade in calmly as they scroll into view, listing grids appear one card after another and the hero photo moves gently. Visitors who ask their system for reduced motion see everything still, and the background video then shows its poster with a play button.
