## Description

Plotline is made for developers and agents launching new-build schemes: off-plan apartments, townhouse phases and plots. A pale sky gradient, frosted glass panels, 20px rounded corners, original isometric line drawings and the Sora and Hanken Grotesk typefaces give every scheme an optimistic, modern look. Available, reserved and sold units each have their own colour, in every style variation.

Built in, no plugins needed for the design:

* Properties and agents (the Symelo real estate foundation): prices, facts, galleries, floor plans, virtual tours, maps (OpenStreetMap after a click), energy ratings, brochures and a mortgage calculator.
* An availability table: every unit of a scheme as one row with type, bedrooms, area, price and a status badge; on phones the same rows become cards.
* A construction timeline with dates, finished steps and the current step highlighted, a site plan with a numbered legend, a show home video section and a "Register your interest" form with a launch date.
* Five hero layouts: townhouses under a gradient sky with a glass card, register your interest, a split with the floor plan and unit facts, layered parallax photos under the development name, and a background video.
* Property pages with a price box, key facts, a spec sheet, a sticky viewing panel (viewing request or booking form, sent to the listing agent) and similar homes.
* Agents with monograms, a numbered process, testimonials, questions, galleries (masonry and carousel with a lightbox) and forms (contact, viewing request, register interest, alerts) with a Messages screen.
* Light and dark schemes with a toggle (following the system by default) and four style variations: Dusk (dark), Mint (green), Sandstone (warm) and the default Cobalt.
* Entrance motion that respects reduced-motion settings; nothing is hidden without JavaScript.

Secure Custom Fields (free) is recommended for editing property and agent details; the theme offers to install it. Appearance → Import demo adds the demo agency (ten listings, three agents, pages and a menu).

## Frequently Asked Questions

#### Where do form messages go?

Every form (contact, viewing requests, valuation, alerts and the property forms) stores its messages under Messages in the dashboard and emails them. Property inquiries go to the listing agent's email; set the other recipients under Messages → Settings, or per form in the editor.

#### How do I show unit availability?

Give every unit a status (for sale, reserved, sold). The availability table pattern lists the units of a development as rows with a green, amber or grey status badge; the site plan pattern shows the same three colours.

#### How do I add a featured video to a property?

Edit the property and use the Featured video panel in the sidebar (a YouTube or Vimeo address, or a video file). It shows in the description column of the property page.

#### Can I turn off the animations?

Visitors who ask their system for reduced motion see no movement. To remove an animation for everyone, select the block and clear its Motion setting.

#### How does dark mode work?

The switch in the header changes between the light and the dark scheme and remembers the choice; without a choice the site follows the visitor's system. Each style variation brings its own dark palette; Dusk is dark itself and hide the switch.
