## Description

Quorum is a block theme for strategy and management consultancies, advisory boutiques and professional-services partnerships. It is built on a 12-column grid with generous margins, a long reading measure, hairline navy rules between sections instead of cards, a brass accent for thin rules and small-caps eyebrows, and Source Serif 4 headlines with italic emphasis.

* **Practice ledger**: your services as full-width ruled rows (number, serif title, one-line summary, arrow), on the home page, the services archive (with search and category filters) and category pages.
* **Case studies** with challenge, approach and results, large result figures that count up, galleries, the client's words and related engagements; a filterable two-column archive.
* **Partners**: circular portraits, credentials, quotes, expertise and colleagues by department; the team archive is grouped by department.
* **Insights**: the blog as a ruled list with reading times, an article layout with table of contents and share links, and an "Insight" template for narrow serif essays.
* **Firm details** (address, telephone, email, hours with "open now", map, social links) entered once under Business → Business details and shown in the header's utility line, the footer, the contact page and every call to action.
* **36 patterns**: five heroes (split statement, cover with outcomes, featured engagement, practice finder, insight-led), practice ledger, outcomes band, engagement process in roman numerals, partner spotlight, partners grid, client roster, office location, testimonials, FAQ, principles, galleries, proposal, contact and briefing forms, calls to action, two footers and five full pages.

## Frequently Asked Questions

#### Where do form messages go?

Every message is stored under Messages in wp-admin and emailed to the address set there (by default the site's admin email). To send one form somewhere else, select the form block and enter an address under "Send to".

#### How do I change the telephone, email and address shown across the site?

Edit them under Business → Business details. The header, footer, contact page and buttons update everywhere.

#### How do I add a featured video to an article?

In the editor's document sidebar, open "Featured video" and paste a YouTube or Vimeo address, or choose a video file. The article shows it in place of the featured image.

#### Can I turn the animations off?

Visitors who ask their system to reduce motion see no animations. To remove an animation from a block, select it and clear its Motion setting in the sidebar.

#### Is there a dark mode?

Yes. It follows the visitor's system setting, and the switch in the header lets them choose. The Ink style variation makes dark the default.
