A sunlit festival poster of a block theme for music and arts festivals, city arts weeks, jazz and folk weekends and food and film festivals. No page builder needed.

== Description ==

Festoon looks like a festival poster pinned up in the sun: cream paper with a soft grain, a sunset gradient from marigold through orange and magenta to violet, condensed Big Shoulders Display headlines set very large, rounded shapes with soft colored shadows, and a string of festoon lights that glow and pulse slowly along the top of the hero and between sections. A hand-tuned dark scheme, "After dark", follows your visitors' system setting or their choice.

Everything a festival site needs is built in:

* **Festivals, performances, artists, stages, ticket tiers and sponsors** as real content types with fields (Secure Custom Fields), so every page stays in sync. Labels and URLs speak festival: Artists, Performances, Stages, Timetable, Headliners, Line-up.
* **Poster hero**: the festival name in huge type, the headliners as a typographic list, the dates inside a hand-drawn sun, tickets and a countdown. Five more heroes: crowd at golden hour, background video, sun countdown, line-up poster and grounds map.
* **Timetable** with day tabs, stage chips and rows in the stage's color, each performance a rounded wristband card.
* **Ticket wristbands**: day pass, weekend, VIP and camping as fabric bands with a clip and stitching; the highlighted tier glows at dusk.
* **Artist pages** with a big photo or a huge monogram on the sunset, and "Plays on Saturday, 21:30, Sun Stage".
* **Countdown**, status pills, add-to-calendar menus (.ics, Google, Outlook), a venue card with a click-to-load OpenStreetMap map and travel tips, a sponsor wall, filters, and Event structured data.
* **Know before you go**: an accordion FAQ and sustainability, accessibility and camping cards; an Info page template with a sticky in-page contents list.
* **Forms with no plugin**: tickets enquiries, volunteer sign-up, contact and newsletter forms store messages under Messages in the dashboard and email them to you.
* **Four color styles**: the default sunlit poster (with its "After dark" scheme), Seaside (sand, teal and coral), Woodblock (two-ink print, flat) and Neon night (late-night electronic), each with its own precomputed dark tones. WCAG AA contrast in every style and scheme.
* **Motion that respects your visitors**: the glowing bulbs, the turning sun and entrance animations switch off for people who prefer reduced motion; the background video then shows a still image and always has a pause button.
* **Fast**: bundled fonts with size-adjusted fallbacks, little JavaScript, no requests to other sites until a visitor clicks a map or a video.
