Overview

A bold one-page theme for agencies, studios and freelancers: numbered sections with their own navigation in the header, colour blocks and folded corners.

Singlefold puts a whole studio on one long page and makes it easy to move around: every section with an HTML anchor gets a number (01, 02, 03…), and the same numbers appear in the header's section index, which follows the scroll. Paper, ink and one saturated colour do the rest: flood-colour and inverse panels, a poster-size studio name, bento tiles and a folded-corner motif on cards, images and buttons.

Built in, no plugins needed:

  • One-page layouts: the "Landing page" and "One page with section navigation" templates put the numbered section index in the header (part "Header with section navigation"); on scroll down the header folds away to the index only.
  • Services (the Features post type) as a numbered grid, selected work as a masonry gallery or carousel with captions and a lightbox, a four-step process, studio numbers in a bento grid that count up, client quotes in a carousel, a ruled client index, packages with one fixed price each, FAQ with structured data, and a contact form with a budget field.
  • Seven hero sections: studio name with a services ticker, bento, project image with a numbered services list, double ticker, one statement with a highlighted word, a showreel video and the latest journal post.
  • Forms (contact, project brief, newsletter) stored under Messages, with spam protection; a map that loads from OpenStreetMap only after a click.
  • Video: a background-video hero, a showreel section and YouTube embeds that load only after a click.
  • Light and dark schemes with a switch in the header, and five colour styles: Fold (magenta, the default), Tomato, Ink, Lime and Cobalt night. Every combination meets WCAG AA contrast.
  • Integrations, changelog, pricing comparison, waitlist and launch countdown from the Symelo landing foundation, all restyled.
  • Gentle entrance animations that respect "reduce motion".

Questions

How does the section numbering work?

Give a top-level Group an HTML anchor (Block settings → Advanced) and a name (List View → Rename). It becomes a numbered section: the number shows beside its header, and the section index in the header lists it with the same number. Sections without an anchor (a hero, a ticker band) are not numbered.

Where do form messages go?

To Messages in the dashboard. Email notifications go to the address under Messages → Settings, or the site's admin email. A form's own recipient can be set in the Form block's settings. The newsletter form only stores sign-ups.

How do I change the packages, services and FAQs?

They are content: Pricing plans, Features and FAQs in the dashboard (the theme asks to install the free Secure Custom Fields plugin to edit their fields). Packages show one price each; leave the yearly price empty.

Can I turn off dark mode?

Remove the color scheme switch from the header in the Site Editor; the site then follows the visitor's system setting. The Cobalt night style opens in dark.

Can I turn off the animations?

They follow the visitor's "reduce motion" setting. Remove the motion classes (sk-…) from a block under Advanced → Additional CSS classes to turn one off.
